Description
Dancing Princesses/Castle Fantasy 10″ roll pattern with Dragon Tracks 2 1/2″ sashing pattern (All 3 patterns are included)
Pattern includes: Dancing Princesses 10″ x 6′, Castle Fantasy 8″ x 6′ & Dragon Tracks 2.5″ x 6 ‘
The quilt sample include several patterns. We wanted to show how they could all work together. The top row is “Dragon Sky,” a repeating pattern The next is a segment of the pictogram “Dragons Galore.” Below that is a row of “Castle Fantasy” and then a row of “Dancing Princesses,” which come in the same pattern. Finally at the bottom, is a row of “Dragon Tracks.”
All of these work so beautifully together. This year we’ve added a new dragon pattern called “Dragon Riders.” It’s no surprise, is it, with all the dragon riding books and movies so popular. I hope to soon finish a pattern of “Knights in Armor,” too.
The additional quilt is one Angela made for the audacious auction and a duplicate for her little Grand-daughter. Look carefully and you’ll see all the patterns represented there, too. (The quilt pattern came from a magazine.)
It’s so fun to see the neon stitching with a black light. But here are a couple of interesting discoveries. The white front does not show up stitching with the black light because the black light emphasizes the “white.” Also, the back of this quilt is actually “hot pink” but the background still looks blue like all the other black light samples.
