Several years ago a lady called to ask if I would design some Penguin patterns that she could use on her quillt commemorating the opening of the Seattle Zoo.  It has become one of my favorite patterns.  I’ve quilted and sent it to Chile – land of the penguins – and painted it with Tsukineko inks for fun.
